Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CanvasMind mobile application ("App") operated by CanvasMind ("we," "us," or "our"). Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Controlling Language — If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the App, via email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
The App is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. In some jurisdictions the minimum age may be higher; users must comply with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they live. If local law requires you to be older than 16 for us to lawfully provide the services to you (including the collection, storage and use of your personal data), that higher age applies.
To access the App and its features you must register for an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. Without an account you will not be able to use the App.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the App and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the App. You must not violate any law or the rights of others.
We may remove or restrict content that breaches these Terms.
By uploading content you grant CanvasMind a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely to operate, promote and improve the App. The licence ends when you delete the content.
The App and its content are owned by CanvasMind and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of your User Content.
By providing an e-mail you consent to service messages. Opt-out of non-essential e-mails any time.
Health data is processed only to deliver requested features, personalise content and—once anonymised—improve the App, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

The App is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns. The App is not for use in medical emergencies.
The App may contain links to third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The App is not a substitute for addiction treatment or rehabilitation programmes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanvasMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the preceding six months or $100.
You agree to indemnify CanvasMind from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the App, your User Content, or violation of laws or third-party rights.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees. Certain provisions survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration. You agree to attempt informal resolution first and waive class action rights.
iOS users: the software licence is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA.
The App may be subject to export control laws. You may not export or re-export the App except as authorized by applicable law.
We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
We are committed to improving the accessibility of our App. If you encounter barriers, please contact us.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and CanvasMind.
